Car Rental
Car rental platform for NGOs
This project focused on building a car rental platform designed specifically for non-governmental organizations. The goal was to make booking and managing vehicles across multiple locations faster, easier, and more reliable—so NGOs could focus on their work, not logistics.

The Challenge
NGO teams often operate in dynamic environments, moving quickly between sites with limited time for admin tasks. Existing tools were clunky or too generic to fit their needs. We needed to create something purpose-built. Simple enough to use on the go, but flexible enough to handle different vehicle types, locations, and approval flows.
My Approach
We kicked things off with a one-day workshop with stakeholders to align on goals, technical constraints, and must-have features. From there, I led the UX design process—synthesizing user needs, mapping flows, and wireframing key interactions.
I focused on clarity and speed throughout the interface. The UI was designed to reduce friction at every step, from booking a vehicle to checking availability or managing reservations across teams. Special care was taken to make the system accessible and intuitive, even for users without technical backgrounds.
Impact
The final product was well received and quickly adopted:
Booking times were noticeably faster
Errors and booking conflicts were reduced
Teams reported smoother coordination across sites
The platform helped streamline mobility planning at scale
