I’m Michał, a Product Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX for complex digital platforms. Over the past several years, I’ve worked across various industries, including healthcare, fintech, aviation, and retail, helping transform complex processes into clear, intuitive user experiences.

I thrive in cross-functional teams, often collaborating with PMs, BAs, and 40+ developer squads in various agile-type frameworks. My role frequently bridges the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints - whether I’m leading workshops, mapping user journeys, or building mockups in Figma.

• AAA Connect+ - a multi-module platform for American Automobile Association used by thousands daily.

• Demica TRF - trade receivables finance platform, streamlining global corporate workflows.

• Cardio4D - innovative cardiovascular imaging software for healthcare professionals.

• iNCO - government document digitisation platform.

Beyond design, I’m passionate about cycling, rollerblading, and traveling with my family, which constantly inspires my creativity and problem-solving approach :)
